Iris Lushan, Director of Client Relations/HR

Iris has a Business Administration Degree and has an extensive background as a human resources/business professional with over 25 years in the healthcare business Industries. She has managed the day-to-day HR, benefits, and payroll operations for as many as 1200 employees at a time for a large national physician management corporation and has also served as a Regional Director of Medical Practices, where she was also involved with hospital and health-plan credentialing.

As Director of Client Relations, Iris is responsible for handling provider credentialing, the day-to-day operations of HR, maintaining and managing the superior employee benefits that Anesthetix offers.

Her resourcefulness and her tremendous attention to detail help our associates and their families rest assured that their needs are being met. Additionally, Iris frequently goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that deadlines are met by incoming anesthesiologists and CRNA’s, that applications are complete, and that their credentialing and benefit applications are presented timely for approval.
